Firt amendment audit id refusal ends up with the cops being dimissed and taught a lesson on the law and public pgotography. This first amendment audit doesn't go the vops way when they get id refusal. The cops hate it when they get disimissed but if the cops don't kn ow the law then they will always get dismissed.
