Sunday March 1st #NIGHTCRAWLERMEDIA & #DISORDERLYPRODUCTNEWS were driving around the area of Western and Madison (about 2 blocks from the United Center, where the Bulls & Blackhawks play) When we saw a car pulled over with only one operational headlight. About 30 minutes prior NCM & DPN observed a CPD patrol SUV driving around in the same general area with only one headlight operational. The driver of that Marked Patrol car was a "White Shirt" meaning he was a Sgt or above in rank. So we parked to record the stop actually #NIGHTCRAWLERMEDIA was live and #DISORDERLYPRODUCTNEWS camera was dead so DPN had absolutely nothing in his hands. As soon as the officers noticed us the driver took out his flashlight and was shining it in my eyes, but he was 50 feet away and there was a pane of glass, so he might as well been holding a candle. His passenger took the flood light mounted to the side of the car and pointed it at NCM's camera. The driver then started to pull away, but while he was doing so his whole upper body was turned towards me and he was trying his hardest to keep the flashlight in my eyes while he moved so much so that he cut off traffic and almost caused an accident. He pulled up, we walked up. Then he talked to the driver telling the driver to follow him as he made a U-turn. I believe at the 6:25 mark you can see the big sign in the road no U-turns.
