Federal Prison revisited- 1st Amendment audit in Phila. Pa.

We thought we would revisit the Federal Prison in Phila. where the "sneeky snakes" were from my last video. Hopefully the prison and their stooges learned about the public's right to video record from a public space. I have a feeling they are too stupid and brainwashed to learn anything.
