Crooked Officers Fabricate Evidence And Lie On Official Reports, Then Get Served A Lawsuit In Court

Official records show they were in a parked vehicle and there was no lawful traffic stop initiated. Discovery also shows the driver was never given any tickets and was released. the contents of the passenger pocket was trash, not illegal items. the charges were dropped and expunged. A lawsuit has been filed in court.

These are the kinds of officers that make everyone around them look bad and end up costing the taxpayers money in the long run. Why do they feel like they can behave like this?
