Public servants at court acting more polite and reasonable, however still derelict in their duty

multiple interactions with public servants at the courthouse, had to correct a few people multiple times however we seem to be making progress, some good info and some funny interactions in this video although kind of long. still unable to file my claim due to obstruction of justice which is a dereliction of duty, however i dont know if its deliberate or a misunderstanding of their duties and responsibilities......
