Forget reasonable suspicion, forget even MERE SUSPICION. Atleast 7 officers came to a beauty supply store and issued a summons, not for anything THEY WITNESSED. Not for any inconsistencies in the workers & owners stories, infact they were completely consistent, but like what the Sgt. said on the phone it must of been the Commanders call. Those Officers twisted every word, every person that they came in contact with and issued a summons despite NOT A HAIR OF PROOF THEIR WAS A CUSTOMER EVER THERE? DEFINITELY NEVER IN THERE PRESENCE. So hearsay, someone calling up and saying they saw something is what passes as probable cause these days in Ohio. Ohio, Illinois, California & to a lesser extent New York & New Jersey have been the harshest on their citizens. California was issuing tickets for not wearing face sheild's. I'm not saying the whole state is doing it, but it is being done inside California. GOV.. PRITZKER reupped his executive order after its 30 day limit was up, but a state rep out of a town Xenia (that's right the Princess Warrior has her own town!) sued over the stay at home order judge in an Ill county Xenia is in sided with the State Rep. That case I'm sure will be expedited to the Ill Supreme Court very quickly if not the U.S.
