When cops don't know the law they will often do an illegal trespass but on some occasions they get owned and schooled because they don't know the laws they are paid to uphold. If cops don't know the law and illegally trespass someone from a public space they could lose their qualified immunity. ALways record the police even though cops hhate cameras because if they do illegally trespass you from public because they don't know the law you'll have the evidence.
