With Body Cams, Police do NOT need to touch you. Detainment, via Supreme Court Standards, means a temporary detaining where your freedom is not arrested. That's what detainment means.

Once you alert the officer of his body cam, address the body cam, "If Im being detained, I don't want to be touched. I'm easily identifiable from this video, I am not armed, I don't want this cop touching me" -- You are detained by camera.

Do not EVER let a Cop Dominate you in any way. More domination will come, if you allow any, at all.
