P1-Servants refuse to uphold rights/get retrained by myself and building manager

P1 - Servants refuse to uphold rights, so myself and the building manager train them on how it should be done.
Manager identifies fellow servant who refused to ID, later he verifies on the phone he told them if they refuse to let me in to do my business then they must do it FOR me.
Now theres a man who knows how to do his job.
