Was parked 30 ft away. He immediately gave Chuck Bronson's name to the irate man that just battered him. He gained this information from being a Police officer. So he is using he's position to gain private citizens information then disseminating it to a man who just battered, destroyed Chuck's property (as he found damage he didn't immediatelyrecognize), and threatened physical harm to Chuck. Why would an officer comply with the demands of an emotionally unstable man who has just violently attacked Chuck unprovoked.

LAFAYETTE POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN RETAILATING AGAINST CHUCK FOR QUIETLY FILMING
Chuck does a lot of filming, and makes a living of disseminating material of public intrest. The Lafayette P.D. have shown a pattern and practice of violating Chucks 1st 5th & 14th ammendment rights. In this video Sgt. Brian Strah pulls Chuck over after the Governor put a shelter in place order. Sgt. Strah's only reason for pulling Chuck over was the shelter in place order. It's illegal to pull over cars in the state of Indiana without P.C. or R.A.S. checking on essential travel can only be a secondary infraction. Which was made very clear to law enforcement. Sgt. Strah did it anyway. He gave Chuck a ticket, but then leaked mugshots as if they had been arrested to the press. Finally a Lafayette Police officer went in his Civillan capacity to take out a restraing order on Chuck, yet Chuck has only seen him in his Offical Capacity while filming crime and accident scenes. This behavior shows a clear, and calculated practice to violate Chucks Civil Liberties.
