Even if it were a graphite level channel I still am as much a member of the media as CBS. Media is the only occupation protected by the constitution. IF YOU WANTED TO GAIN SPECIAL ACCESS TO A PARTICULAR LOCATION AT A PARTICULAR EVENT (THE GRAMMYS) THEY WOULD HAVE PRESS PASSES FOR THAT EVENT, BUT THE ONLY THING THAT DETERMINES WETHER YOU'RE PRESS OR NOT IS IF THE INFORMATION (PER WHATEVER MEDIUM) YOU'RE DISSEMINATING IS OF PUBLIC INTREST. THAT'S IT, IT'S A FIRST AMMENDMENT PROTECTED ACTIVITY! Now the fact that the 3 of us that were out that night are all on the You Tube Bronze level doesn't mean much more than we have achieved more than some and a lot less than others, but it has no bearing on whether we are media.
