This is the Email returned to me by one of Cheif Ruth's subordinates. The email is in refrence to a complaint form I filled out, in regards to the interaction from the link above. In this video is an undercover investigation on Police and Sheriff's department's around the country, and the historical rhetoric has been to dissuade the public from getting a complaint form. All complaint forms should be able to be given anonymously. You would think a Cheif of any department would want to know the publics opinion and problems that are arising through his staffs conduct, regardless of the complaintint.
