ILLEGAL ARREST & EXCESSIVE FORCE BY DEPUTY SHERIFF! (BODY CAM FOOTAGE)

This video depicts the moments leading up my illegal arrest by Sheriff Deputy Jackson Shield 603. I will release cruiser camera footage and any additional footage when I have it.

I firmly believe the result in this case will be in my favor. First, I was a good 50 FT. away when the deputy called out to me which I why I walked up to him. Second keep in mind that in no time during this encounter was I within 15 FT. Of the traffic stop, standing on a public side walk. Third when he pulls his taser and points it at me (Excessive Force) I do take a few steps back. And because I wouldn't leave the screen I was now 20FT from he arrested me. I think the body cam footage which I encourage everyone to watch, shows that I broke no law and that deputy used excessive force didn't attempt any de escalation and illegally arrested violating my constitutional rights which is a federal felony . Will be going to FBI. Will update every step of the way. I will not take any plea deal. Ever. I didn't break the law. Thanks everyone for the support it's appreciated 🙏
