July 29th 2019 was a Monday it was approximately 2:00 pm I was on the route I take everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. Thats when Officer Gregory and Officer Oppedisano (2 Vice Officers, in plain clothes) across a lane of traffic sitting on a side street in an unmarked CPD SUV. Maintained they didnt see a seatbelt covering the 10% of my upper torso that was visible to them. They got behind me and pulled me over immediately. I pulled over immediately. Once in park I leaned to my left and raised myself up slightly to retrieveto phones in my right pocket. The Officers who can only see the back of my head, (and really only the top half of the back of my head) said I made the opposite movement instead of slightly up and to the left my head disappeared like I moved forward to turn off the radio, open my glove box or any other million things, but they decided it was reasonable to believe that the top half of the back of my head moved in a way that was indicative of hiding a weapon. THEY LIED THAT MOVEMENT NEVER HAPPENED AND THIS VIDEO IS THE PROOF, of that lie and a multitude of others that came with it. They were malicious, irresponsible to the point they could have gotten me killed, and all around BAD COPS. Now maybe it was a off day, or maybe thats how they always conduct themselves.
