I wasn't drunk, I was high on PCP

I went to our county courthouse because the Pennsylvania DA was going on trial for crimes she supposedly committed. While I was outside waiting with the news stations camera crews, a gentleman came up to me and he began to tell me a story about why he was at the courthouse. I hope he now understands what to do the next time he is confronted by the police. Its a real shame how the system preys on people..
