I was driving by and saw that police headquarters had interesting cruisers, one from 1960, and some humvees and emergency response vehicles I haven't seen before. I decided to go out and express my first amendment right to photograph and film in a public area

I spoke with detectives before this encounter and they were courtesy and I informed them what I was doing.

As I was walking around three plain clothes officers come up on me in an agressive manner try and grab me, back me down against a wall and surround me escalating the situation.

I filed a complaint against officer Hanely Badge #655 the others have yet to be identified.
