1st ememdment cops owned and dismissed when they don't know the law. Cops who get owned by a 1st amendment audit will usually get dismissed as well. WHen cops get dismissed they will usually get angry and try to intimidate and retaliate. Know your rights and always record the cops, if the cops don't know the law and get owned that's down to them not knowing the law. Most cops know when a first amenement audit is being carried out yet mant of them still get owned and dismissed because they simply do not know the law.
