Video of a detainment by NY State Police. Officer first claims the detainment is for parking along a highway, but when he determines that there is no violation, he decides to go on a fishing trip and investigate his victim for whole bunch of random crimes such as murder, escaping from a detention facility, stealing a car, and being an wanted man. There was no reason articulable suspicion for the officer to believe this man had committed any of these alleged crimes, but that didn't stop him for detaining him to investigate all these things.
