There are four Supreme Court Cases that Must be Overturned if we are ever going to enjoy our God Given Rights by Birth. They are
1925, Carroll vs. United States
1949, Brinegar vs. United States
1963, Ker vs. California
1968, Terry vs. Ohio

Yes, of course we must overturn (2010) Citizen's United vs. Federal Election Commission. And, we must break that garbage court called "Supreme" up into Six Districts, with the PEOPLE electing 9 "Justices", from each district.

Federalist Papers #3, John Jay, "If we appoint the right men in the right places..." .... and that is the basis of this White Supramcist Jurisprudence that we are forced to live under. We are living in a Tyrannical State.
