I don’t claim to be an expert in policing, I claim to be a constitutional law fanatic and, by watching the thousands and thousands of videos Over the past 25 years; I am an expert in understanding when the interaction between the police and the citizen breaks down. 

The Results of my lifetime of study on policing, police culture And the Terry policies that we are all forced to live under is why we must create a third-party agency for checks and balances. Let's call it "The Montesquieu".
