Sovereign Citizens at their best.

Walking down the streets in Phila with Philly News Now and Wolfygladly when we stopped and said hi to a few police. We then noticed all the vehicles were illegally parked and one police vehicle had its license plate cover which is also illegal. We asked if any of the cops would do what is right and cite all the vehicles. Well, the thin blue line is thick in Phila and not one cop would do what they would do if it was you or I. Still looking for a honest, professional, law o biding "good cop" to stand up and follow the law....I won't hold my breath.
