I was arrested and charged last night with "hindering" while I was filming a traffic stop from a public sidewalk!

When Deputy Jackson Shield #606, drew his taser I immediately to a few steps back, I was already 10FT away from the traffic stop. I wasn't hindering anything. I was engaging in a first amendment protected activity. The supreme court has said we as citizens have the right to record the police in their official duties.

Deputy Jackson violated his oath to the constitution.

IMAGINE A WORLD WHERE YOU WILL BE ARRESTED FOR A MISDEMEANOR MEARLY FOR FILMING THE POLICE.

That sounds like a scary world to me.

I need the assistance of all of you right now so we can fight back against this tyranny TOGETHER.


I will not take a plea or let this stand. This Deputy is a danger to society and needs to be fired. I am in the process of finding a lawyer.
