(RE UPLOAD) Annapolis City PD FAIL (Part 2) RE UPLOAD BLURRING OUT MY INFO... NOT AN AUDIT

THIS IS AN OLD VIDEO I RE UPLOADED BECAUSE I HAD TO BLUR OUT MY PERSONAL INFO

Charlie Murphy clip in the video: I said the word habitually just before he came on the screen but the audio started a second early and the people laughing covers it up. i didn't notice till 17 hours to late lol. also the Sgt. taking the complaint is an awesome dude and very good at getting all the information so he did not fail.

I returned later the next week to drop off the written complaint forms that i had filled out from my last trip to the Taylor ave. police station in Annapolis MD and was greeted by a turbo pissed miss Trudy not wearing her mask but yelling at me to wear one and lying to a supervisor that i came into her office to take pictures of her. watch as she gets to take the rest of the day off because shes not following her own departments rules. again i know i could have a better attitude but previous encounters have led me to be this way
