Pulled over in Bridgeport Pa. - Lies change when there is a camera present - Part 1

I know...my windows are dirty so I took out about 20 mins of me sitting and waiting. So...I was pulled over by the Bridgeport police. He said the reason for pulling me over was "I passed a car on the left". I told him I record all my travels and be careful the lies he put on his report, he takes my info and returns to his car. Well, the story changed when he returned with my contempt of cop citation. He cited me for failure to signal ( which is also a lie due to I have video of my signal on at this time but he will find that out at court ). Wonder why he didn't cite me for the reason he pulled me over ( passing a car on the left, which I have proof I didn't do )....Then, I wanted to ask a few questions about the corporate policy forms you must hand over or be kidnapped at gun point, but he ran away so fast I had to call a spade a spade.
