These police ID refusal videos show how far cops will go to get your ID. The cops know you have the right to ID refusal if you have done nothing wrong. Photography is not a crime so the police have no right to demand ID just for doing a constitutionally protected actvivity. If police ask you to ID, refusal is also not a crime, as long as you have donw nothing wrong.
