POLICE DEPARTMENT FAIL!!!! ARRESTED AND ILLEGALLY TRESPASSED ON A PUBLIC SIDEWALK. REFUSED SERVICE

i understand my attitude after leaving the dept could be a little better and i could not cuss so much while im just walking around but i had just paid 1700 to get my car back because this man lied and stole it from me. i have rare medical conditions and need my vehicle to get to doctor appts. so i was over his shit

In the charging documents it says i started to cuss him out in the lobby and told him to suck my dick and called him a faggot in the lobby and that's why he asked me to leave in the first place which as you can see is a lie. he painted the picture that i came in the door yelling and screaming looking for confrontation but as you can see i help a lady into the building and even ask to get in on the secret Santa.

I went to DGS CAPITOL police Annapolis district building to see where they had taken my tags as they did not tell me they stole them off my car when they illegally took my vehicle 2 months ago costing me $1700 to get it back. i was kicked off property because the gentleman did not want me to file a complaint on him.p he even goes as far as to lie and say that i came back onto the property so he had grounds to arrest me but he says that i called 911 6 times asking for help. which is untrue i called Annapolis city 2x and DGS2x and the second time to DGS was to leave a voicemail to the captain so she could call me back as she had instructed me to do in a previous video that i have uploaded. i was then slammed and threatened to be tasered even though i was already on the ground. they made me wait 10 hours to being the charging document and then lied in an attempt to have the commissioner hold me. it failed and the commissioner said what i was doing was legal and i have every right to file a complaint of a public servant. when i went back the next morning i took my grand mom with me. we were both then told to leave the property for asking for another copy of the complaint form. i was told to put 2 months worth of incidents from 5-6 different dates and location all onto one complaint for which is only 1 page long. they refuse to talk to me or allow me to file the papers properly. i will not stop though. i will continue to fight for transparency and accountability in our government.
