Phila. VA Hospital = Tyrants, bullies and oath breakers - Part 1

The Philadelphia VA hospital has been illegally stopping us at the gate and not allowing us to film in public areas ( even though their policies say we can ) on 2 other occasions. This time we come with a copy of their policy and, this time, we will NOT allow them to violate our rights anymore.
