Passenger ID Refusal, Cop Retaliates And Can't Stop Lying

Michigan State Police Officer does a stop on a commercial vehicle and trys to identify the passenger. The passenger is NOT a co-driver, and he states that, to which the cop responds that he must identify anyways. When the passenger still refuses the officer puts a 3 hour retaliatory hold on the truck. At some point he decides to stop retaliating and releases the hold before the 3 hours is up. He apologizes for his behavior but still tells a lie while apologizing. Some people just can't stop lying. We call these people government.
