P2 Arrested while filming military giving vaccines/for not giving my name

military was on public road stopping and asking folks to come in and vaccine
i watched multiple people walk up and sign up and nobody was informed of any side effects that are possible
i believe this whole procedure is bad faith, and causing harm to others while not informing them of the possibility of harm being done, i was arrested and charged, after the man acting as officer said he didnt believe i did wrong and was going to give me a warning.
they wrote covid 19 in where my signature shouldve went
uttered a forged intrument and made an unlawful arrest after verifying i did no wrong for the record.
