One last time - FOIA request

Since I got the standard "we don't have any records pertaining to your requests about policy and procedures "....??!?? Are you kidding me, I kept trying. I submitted more FOIA requests this time asking for sign off signatures from the school board to make this breathalyzing minors without their parents consent a school policy....This time I ,,,,,,GOT NOWHERE....same response.. Well, after I kept pushing they finally made up a form real quick and gave it to me in hopes it satisfying me. I wasn't satisfied. They lied the whole time. They stonewalled my investigation and in the end now do have a form, but I still call BS. I hope to find the video of me calling out the super at a school board meeting.
