NYS DHS WORKER GETS EDUCATED BY SGT! 1ST AMENDMENT AUDIT FAIL!

On April 12th I was conducting a 1st Amendment Audit on the NY Suffolk County building in Happauge NY. I was confronted by security, a Sherriff deputy and a DHS employee, who refused to identify herself to me. The unknown DHS employee accused me of violating HIPPA laws because they were giving out the vaccine in this public building and even had a "observation" area to see if you had any "side effects" after you received the vaccine. Pretty Sketchy Stuff if you ask me. Security, Deputy Sherriff and DHS worker were all educated by professional SGT. Michael Davis of the suffolk county sheriff's department. He honored his oath to the law and the constitution. He gets an A+ in my book.
