Local High School states I can't video record

My son had a small issue with another student so I went to the high school to discuss it with the principal. Well, they sure don't like video cameras pointed at them as they point cameras at students all day. I wanted and needed to discuss this issue with the school so I shut my camera off so we could clarify and put to bed any issue. Turns out it was really nothing. What a bunch of scared people to not allow me to document what was being said in the meeting. Well they can't out do me. We may have a recording of the conversation somewhere :)
