The two officers you see in the first video at the Alderman's office, left before me, and what do you know? They were sitting in their car and just decided to leave exactly when I got to my car! So they end up driving past my car, as we parked on two different streets. That's only the nine million 999th time that coincidence has happened! I made an appointment with 36th ward Alderman Gilbert Villegas before Christmas and received an appointment on Jan 6th! Then after patiently waiting and clearing my schedule and rushing over their leaving to subs/friends stranded they call me 10 min before, right before I pull up, and cancel. I show up anyway and the excuses start. Right after I made the appointment is when they had Kwame from the film office call me. So they were trying to push it off on someone else the 3 minutes after making it. Then Kevin tells me "we looked you up and we see you don't live in the ward." Which kicked off a whole new line of questioning. I'm disillusioned by this whole thing, but there you go that's what happens when you try and see your local alderman who is there to help and very accessible.
