Interrupting extortion - cop escalates - NJ State police outside NJ State Prison - Part 1 of 2

Myself and WolfyGladly ( go and sub to his channel on YouTube ) went to the New Jersey State Prison in Trenton NJ. I have been here before ( check out the video on my channel ) and the CO's were pure ball bags, so this prison needed a revisit. We notice a few NJ State police extorting truck drivers on the side of the road. The Sgt. was ok, but the Corporal was a bully looking for trouble. Did the prison learn from our last visit that citizens can record the prison form a public sidewalk ?
