INGENIOUS...KID TURNS TABLE & MAKES COPS PLEAD THE 5TH! DOG TAKES OVER STOP?

The unique thing about this video is that it is all one interaction BUT... The 1st 75% was put out 2 years ago and the last 25% was put out 2 weeks ago! The phone had 18% battery before it died? These are questions I obviously cannot answer, but it doesn't change the fact that they were not writing him any tickets. Forget probable cause, they don't have reasonable suspicion the officer said as much. So if you're not writing him a ticket and you don't have reasonable suspicion, you no longer have the authority to detain him. Simply waiting on the dog to arrive cannot be reason for detainment. YOU NEED PROBABLE CAUSE IF YOU HAD THAT YOU WOULD BE IN THE CAR. I understand its a little technical, but that kid had every right to get in his car and leave once it was clear they were not writing tickets. Anyways you get out your car at a traffic stop treat it like your leaving it at long term parking windows up doors locked. Lassie isn't jumping through a pane of glass!
