Illinois Railway Museum: Frisco #1630 Cab Ride Video

Climb aboard Frisco #1630 as we take you on a special cab ride in the locomotive. #1630 is a Russian decapod built in 1918 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and she currently resides at the Illinois Railway Museum located in Union, IL. The day this video was filmed, July 5th, 2015, the crew switched out the locomotive's whistle with a NYC six chime whistle from the museum's collection. The weather was perfect and #1630 and her crew put on a superb show. This is part I of II. We hope you enjoy the video and, as always, thanks for watching The Steam Channel!
