Illegal Arrest Because Cops Don't Know The Law

Illegal arest because the cops don't know the law. The cops try to trespass an auditor from a publicly accessable space, eben though he's not broken any laws. They then illegally arrest him because the cops don't know the lawa and think they can just arrest people. This is more like retaliation from the cops.
