Draw a 2" square grid on the protective film of a 8"x10" LEXAN panel. Draw a diagonal line through each square, creating a zig zag pattern. Label the stripes with the numbers that correlate with the colors in the pattern. Use a craft knife to score the chevrons labelled number 2. Remove the film and spray a couple coats of paint.

Let dry, then score and peel the chevrons labelled 2 and spray a couple coats of paint. Peel the areas labelled number 1 and spray a couple coats of paint to create a smooth finished back.

Let dry and peel the protective film on the front to expose the chevron pattern.
