How to fire a Bad Cop; Video Response to San Joaquin Valley Transparency: Checks and Balances

The Gentlemen at San Joaquin Valley Transparency asked a Question on IG, (I'm a huge fan of SJVP). This is my knowledge base on the methods that must be put in place to get rid of "bad cops" -- AS IF any Cop can be good when they sign up to implement Terry Polices and are willing to take you to a Dungeon for anything. There are no good cops; only pigs in America. This can FIXED when we implement the Montesquieu Agency and the Locke Agency for Checks and Balances.

However, until then, we are all doomed because Power Corrupts; Absolute power corrupts Absolutely. There is no 3rd Party Agency to Oversee Liberty. It's a damned shame.
