The 26th of June at around 12pm (I believe) at the corner of Addison and Meade, I saw about 5-6 Police suv's. I got out and quietly started recording. Almost immediately the Whiteshirt on the scene started referencing me, talking about me, etc. Which is odd White Shirts are usually pretty professional and usually get there after the interaction so they really have no reason to be mad? While this one did and when I passed him my camera picked up possibly a clue why. It was incredibly obvious that he had no identifying material on his shirt. His badge and name plate had been removed, and he had no body camera on? Now why would a Sgt. take off or leave off every item you would need to identify him ?
