Jon Burge a Military Police Officer in Vietnam. Some of his duties were handling POW's. Though there has never been an offical finding that he was involved in interrogations and he himself denied it. If you were to clip the alligator clips onto fingers, toes, ears, and other areas, then crank the handle 90 to 100 volts of electricity would flow through the wires out the clips and into anything they were attached to.

When a life long criminal and triple murderer Andrew Wislon filed his own Federal Lawsuit for torture. He had a hard time finding a firm to fight the case in Federal Court. That was until the PLO (People's Law Office) took the case. After the first case came back with a hung jury. Mysterious letters started arriving at the People's Law Office. Latter's that were coming from someone with intimate knowledge of Area 2. The letters themselves were not written straightforward but rather -if you find this guy, talk to him, pay attention to the dates type of way.

Mark Clements was 16 years old when he was arrested a fire that killed 4 people. Mark goes through his story step by step. Mark is able to paint the bigger picture. Rain, hail, sleet, or snow Mark shows up to every hearing. For every man that was tortured and locked away. He talks at every press conference, even the most celebatory ones. Bringing everyone back down to earth as he talks about the men still locked away. In 2017 Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced the city would pay reparations to those tortured. One of those was the opening of a torture center that Mark runs in Englewood. Also put Jon Burge torture curriculum in all CPS at the 8th and 10th grade level.

James Gibson was arrested in the last days of 1989 beaten and held in a room for days without food or a bathroom. When he was brought before two States Attorney's to give his confession. Someone burst through the door! "There's two people from the Pentagon downstairs looking for this n*****." "WHAT? said a States Attorney "get him outta here!" And just like that a man who just confessed to a double homicide was being rushed out the back door and driven home and released. Only to be picked up again days later Dec 30th 1989 he didn't come home again till April 19th 2019. James filed a certificate of innocence. That is to say the state of Illinois recognizes that you're innocent of the charges in which you spent 29 years in prison for. ON FEBRUARY 11 2020 JAMES GIBSON WAS CERTIFIED INNOCENT

Over 200 men were considered tortured. Were all those men innocent.... NO. In fact some of the men including Andrew Wilson had done terrible crimes and were people that needed to be locked up. Andrew Wilson confided in his lawyers while trying to hold back a grin that it was actually him who killed a McDonald's security guard a month earlier. Wilson signed an affidavit only after making sure his attorney client privileges would stay intact. So Alton Logan spent 26 years in Prison for a crime he didn't commit. The affidavit wasn't even brought out of hiding until after November 19th 2007 the day Andrew Wilson died. DPN ran into Jackie Wilson at James Gibson's certificate of innocence hearing. I rushed outside after I heard the judge say his name and his hearing was over. I raced to catch up to him. He himself just freed after 30 plus years. He was with his brother when he shot CPD Ofc.'s Richard O'Brien 34 and Willam Fahey 33. They had just committed a robbery when they were pulled over, Jackie driving. The officers ordered the men out the car and when Ofc.Fahey moved a hat it revealed a gun the brothers had used in the robbery. Andrew then came up behind Fahey took his gun and shot him. Hearing this Officer O'Brien backed out and moved towards the trunk only to lock eyes with Andrew who then shot O'Brien. Andrew yelled at his brother Jackie to "get his gun!" Jackie replied "he is still moving," Andrew jumped on the trunk and shot Officer O'Brien again.
