EXCESSIVE FORCE AND ILLEGAL ARREST BY SHERIFF DEPUTY! FORMAL COMPLAINT FILED!

On May 4th 2021, Harford County Deputy Jackson drew his taser and illegal arrested me for "hindering" because I was filming his traffic stop. Let's be clear. he called me over to his traffic stop and at no time was I within 15FT of said stop. I was standing on a PUBLIC sidewalk filming.

As I promised all of you, I will not take any pleas, I will keep you all updated on the progressionof this civil rights violation.
