Dead and Loving It

I wrote 'Dead and Loving it' in September 2010 (although I'd been playing the guitar riffs for years bwahaha), as an entry for Blizzcon 2010. Emberisolte once again supplied her vocal magic, but sadly we didn't place among the finalists. Oh well!

So really this song predates Sentinel Hill (by er, a week), but after Blizzcon I wanted some creative distance from both pieces and decided to channel my efforts into new works (like the Website, ugh).

When I decided to make an actual movie for this, I figured it'd be nice to have some kind of padding, so I made up a stupid two-part sound script and started looking around for a suitable voice actor. I didn't have to look far, Bullworth just nailed it, his delivery and ad-libbing had me laughing a LOT.

It's always fun creating WoW-machinima, but very time consuming, and beset by limitations (WTB more emote animations!). In the end though, there's sometimes magic in the making, and it pleases me no end to have found a vessel whereby I can share my crazy imaginings with all of you.

Once again The Barrens Brothers, Monty and Porterhouse, sneak into the clip somehow, this time for a bit of random dancing with their friend Knarg the Goblin from Spinebreaker. Because they can.
