TUESDAY MARCH 31st Commander Spencer from District 11 put an unconstitutional plan into action. Four City blocks would be I.D. only entry. Meaning you could not go down these blocks unless you were able to prove to Police your reasoning. Thursday March 2, I went to those blocks to see if I could talk my way in, or if I would have to talk my way in.
