Cops Gone Wild! Lake Jackson Texas Edition - Public Photography is Illegal

On March 4th 2021 around 1 PM Mr. Reyes was taking pictures at an accident scene for a local community face book page when he was approached by Officer Cagle of the Lake Jackson Texas Police Department. Officer Cagle informed him that taking pictures in public is illegal, which it is not, and then physically attacked him for refusing to leave the public easement. Officer Cagle is on payed administrative leave, and Mr. Reyes is left with injuries and an unfortunate awakening experience that shows how dangerous police can be.
