Cop thinks citizens are not their boss - Admits he doesn't care

We keep catching Officer baker ( we call him old man sleepy ) hiding under a parking garage day after day, week after week, month after month. Since almost 1/2 of this townships yearly budget is used on just this police force, we feel it would benefit the township if the cops did their job. Their job is not to hide for up to a hour at a time doing nothing. So I decided to discuss this issue with him. Boy, he is clueless and states he could care less. You should no longer wonder why there is very little respect for the cops these days when they laugh right in your face. His answers are a little hard to hear so I repeated them so all could hear what he said.
