Cop hiding in the woods - SURPRISE

I was behind a cop and saw he was not using his turn signals and was driving faster then the speed limit. So I pulled out my camera and started to film. He then pulls into a parking lot of a empty building. As I watch, I see him turn into the woods. Well, you know me. I needed to see what that was all about. This is what 14 million dollars gets the citizens of this town.
