Cop directing traffic and yelling at motorists - Part 1

I was told by some residence in my area about cops directing traffic at a light and one of the cops was allegedly yelling and being abusive to motorists. So I went there to see what was going on for my self. As I approach the intersection I hear a cop yelling at a motorist so I turn on my camera. Man the attitude change when someone shows up with a camera to hold public officials accountable. The reason I asked them both is they are wearing their seat belts is because the 2 cops were asking each other if they have their seat belts on as they saw me filming. That is because I always ask them that when I always see they don't have it on. Boy are they funny.
