Catching a cop Hiding - I asked to search his car.

I saw a cop hiding behind a Acme super market and came back about 40 mins later and he was still there. Well, at that point, I had to inform him about a few things. I just did what they would do if they found you hiding behind PRIVATE property. I did edit this a little so you dont have to suffer watching me monitoring him for a while before I drove up to talk to him.
