CAMERA SHUTS DOWN SEAT BELT CHECKPOINT! OFC. TRIES TO JUSTIFY HER ACTIONS?

Did you guys know seat belts save lives? Like a special guest at a school assembly for 5th graders I was taught this today. Let me say the Ofc. with the red hair that I initially talked to did about a good a job as ANY Officer I've ever talked to. Outside of Cicero's Deputy Chief of Patrol SCIMONE. To me seat belts is the ultimate victimless crime the only thg victim is yourself. So because you put YOURSELF in danger you have to pay someone else? Also the Seat belt CHECKPOINT was set up because a Drunk driver hit a police car? I'm running these situations to their obvious logical conclusion and they are not making sense? Seat belt Tickets and towing peoples vehicles, and the tow place closing at 12pm on a Saturday so you cant get your car and you have to pay more are two things that make absolutely no sense. Seat Belt Tickets and how Tow Truck companies are allowed to operate. When I get free time I'm going to take those issues up. With a petition or a meeting with legislators, something because they both are just horrible practices in what is called a "free" society.
